To start using 15th Club on the smartwatch, you need to download it from Google Play Store. For this, open Play Store on your watch and tap on the search icon > enter '15th club' and tap on 'Install'.
Make sure that the watch and the phone are connected in the Galaxy Wearable app and over the Bluetooth.
You can also download the app via Google Play Store on your phone. For this, go to Galaxy Wearable app > Store > Enter '15th Club' > Install the app under 'Available on more devices'.
